Park City
Our final full day in Park City began with breakfast at Five Seeds. It’s so popular we had a wait, it was worth it! Next, we walked across the parking lot and I grabbed a London Fog latte from Silver King Coffee. Such a cute coffee stop!

Next, we headed to Park City Mountain Resort. We bought a pass for the mountain coaster and the alpine slide. The mountain coaster was so much fun! Then we took the ski lift up to start the alpine slide. I am very afraid of the ski lift but we had so much fun telling stories of Ashley and I dog sledding in Finland, we laughed so hard. It was a beautiful view and then we went down the slide. I have been on alpine slides before and it’s so fun, but the mountain coaster was my favorite!

After a quick refuel at Starbucks, we returned to our Airbnb for a little downtime before heading back out to downtown Park City. The afternoon was perfect for browsing local shops.

Ashley and I decided to slip away for a pre-dinner drink at Le Depot. This spot is so cozy and had an incredible cocktail menu. It is such a classy vibe and the drinks were great.

For our last dinner together, we had an amazing dim sum feast at Shabu. I highly recommend it, the food was amazing. I didn’t love the desserts but the beef was amazing, and cooking it on the rock was fun.

We ended the night back at our Airbnb, the reunion went by far too quickly.
